Payments and Subscriptions
Tarot Energy offers both monthly and annual Premium subscription plans, as well as one-time bolt-on reading credit purchases. All prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page or by contacting us via tarotenergy.app/contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Premium access until that date, after which your account will revert to the free tier. Bolt-on reading credits are one-time purchases that do not expire and are not tied to a subscription. Credits are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment.
Refund Policy
All purchases — including Premium subscription fees and bolt-on reading credits — are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel a Premium subscription mid-period, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time. Unused bolt-on reading credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon account deletion. They are not transferable between accounts. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us via tarotenergy.app/contact within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
Account Deletion and Data Removal
You may delete your Tarot Energy account at any time from your account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon initiating account deletion: if you have an active Premium subscription, it will be cancelled and your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted; if you are on the free tier, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation. Data deleted upon account removal includes: all readings and card draws, journal notes and reflections, pattern history, follow-up readings, feedback submissions, and account preferences. This data cannot be recovered once deleted. You may download a complete export of your personal data at any time from your account Settings page before deleting your account. Bolt-on reading credits remaining at the time of account deletion are forfeited and non-refundable.
Entertainment Purposes
All tarot readings, interpretations, card draws, and AI-generated content provided by Tarot Energy are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. Tarot Energy does not claim to predict future events, provide professional advice of any kind (financial, legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise), or guarantee any specific outcomes. Nothing generated by Tarot Energy should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. By using Tarot Energy, you acknowledge and accept that all content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only.
Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
Premium subscribers receive generous access to readings subject to reasonable fair use limits. Tarot Energy reserves the right to apply usage limits to accounts that appear to be abusing the service through automated or bulk usage inconsistent with personal use. These limits are designed to be invisible to normal users and will not affect typical personal usage patterns.
